  • Highly competitive $50 billion Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
  • Period of Performance: 10 years, 2027 to 2037, with a 5-year base term and a 5-year optional ordering period.
  • 5 Domains -- the top 20 offerors from each domain (up to 100 awards total) will be selected based

  • Targeted NAICS: While presently listed under NAICS 541715, categories are expected to evolve as the solicitation is finalized.
  • Proposal Deadline: The anticipated final Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released in February 2025, with submissions due by March 2025.
  • Evaluation Methodology: MAPS uses a two-tiered evaluation process. First, offerors must meet compliance criteria, followed by a weighted scorecard-based ranking system.
  • Customer Reach: Beyond the Army, other Department of Defense agencies and federal organizations can access services under this vehicle.
